Shipping & Returns 

Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class mail.  Ship time to most domestic destinations is 1-4 business days but can take up to 7 to 10 business days within the US. 

 We process and ship most orders within 1 business day. Once your order is processed, you will be emailed a confirmation number to track your merchandise.

 All merchandise is non-refundable, exchanges or store credit only. This is due to the already discounted prices.

 Shipping and handling costs that were charged when you placed the order are not refundable, unless it was our error. If you return an item, you must do so at your own expense.  Items should be sent via USPS First Class mail. If you ordered the wrong item, or wish to exchange an item, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.

 Final Sale Items include; Clearance, Sale, Hair Accessories, and Earrings will receive No Refunds, No Store Credits, No exchanges.
